Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate On Recurrent Related Party Transactions Of A Revenue Or Trading Nature

The Board of Directors of RPB wishes to announce that the Company proposes to seek shareholders' approval on the Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate at the forthcoming AGM.

A circular containing the details of these Proposed Renewal of Shareholders' Mandate will be sent to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
