Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08 of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad listing requirements, we wish to announce that Mr See Ah Sing, a director of Reliance Pacific Berhad ("RPB" or "the Company") has given notice of his intention to deal in the securities of RPB during closed period pending the announcement by the Company of its results for the 2nd quarter ended 30 September 2016.  The number and percentage of indirect shares of RM0.20 each held by him  is 248,178,113 shares (28.91%).
