The Board of Directors of RPB wishes to announce that Avillion Hotels International (Aust) Pty Ltd, a wholly -owned subsidiary of the RPB was deregistered from the Australian Securities & Investments Commission ("ASIC") under section 601 AA(4) of the Corporations Act 2001.
The above mentioned has no material effects on the earnings or net assets of RPB for the financial year ending 31 March 2014. None of the Directors or major shareholders of RPB or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect.
