Reliance Pacific Berhad ("RPB") wishes to announce that an application for striking off a subsidiary company known as Vector Junction Sdn Bhd under Section 308 of the Companies Act 1965 was submitted to the CCM.

There are no material effect on the earnings and net assets of the RPB Group for the financial years ended 31 March 2012 and ending 31 March 2013.
