RPB wishes to inform that Dato' Gan Eng Kwong, a non-independent executive director of the Company has given notice informing his dealings in the Securities of RPB in which he is deemed interested, outside closed period pursuant to Paragraph 14.09 (a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.

Datin Irene Tan, a non-independent executive director of the Company has also given notice in respect of the above in view of her deemed interest by virtue of Section 122(A) and Section 6A(4) of the Companies Act 1965.
