Pls be informed that as of todate, RPB Capital Holdings Sdn Bhd. (co. no. 430774 H), a wholly-owned subsidiary company of RPB purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Read Advertising Sdn Bhd (co. no. 85867 V ) ("Read") from Kumpulan Segeramaju Sdn Bhd. (co. no.82369 D). The purchase consideration is RM1.00 per share (RM15,000).

The total paid up capital of Read is 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. Upon the completion of the above transaction, Read will be wholly-owned by RPB.

There is no directors or substantial shareholders interest in the above transaction. There are also no material effects on the RPB group's net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending 31/03/2006.
