With reference to the above, please be informed that Fortune Valley Sdn. Bhd (co. no. 225318 V ), a wholly-owned subsidiary of RPB has purchased a shelf co. named Festive Place Sdn Bhd. (co. no.675416 X) on 22nd Dec. 2004.
The authorised share capital and the paid up share capital is RM100,000.00 and RM2.00 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.
There is no material effects on RPB group earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year 31st March 2005 in respect of the above transaction.
There is also no substantial shareholders and directors interest.
Rationale
The above shelf company will be used for future investment vehicle.
