(I) Bonus issue of 24,530,050 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of 1 Bonus Share for every 4 existing ordinary shares held ("Bonus Issue")
(II) Two-call rights issue of 49,060,100 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each ("Rights Shares") at an issue price of RM1.00 each (of which the 1st call of RM0.65 is payable in cash on application and the second call of RM0.35 is payable out of the Company's share premium account) on the basis of 1 Rights Share for every 2 existing shares held ("Rights Issue")
(III) Additional Warrants 1995/2005 issued pursuant to the adjustments arising from the Bonus Issue and Rights Issue("Adjustments")

Kindly be advised that RPB's:-

(i) additional 24,530,050 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each arising from the Bonus Issue;

(ii) additional 49,060,100 new ordinary shares of RM1.00 each arising from the Rights Issue; and

(iii) additional 9,439,845 Warrants 1995/2005 issued pursuant to the adjustment arising from the Bonus Issue and Rights Issue

will be granted listing and quotation with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 20 October 2004.
