We refer to the above and we are pleased to inform you the purchase of the following "shelf company" by RPB's wholly owned subsidiary, Admiral Cove Development Sdn Bhd :
Genius Field Sdn Bhd (Co no. 641309 M) ("GF") was purchased on 18th March 2004 at a consideration of RM2.00. The authorised and paid up capital is RM100,000.00 and RM2.00 respectively.
There is no material effects on RPB's group earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the financial year ending 31st March 2004.
There is no directors or substantial shareholders interest and no government authorities approval is required in respect of the above transaction.
Rationale:
GF will be used as future investment vehicle within the RPB Group.
